- 10 ounces Dark Chocolate divided
- 10 ounces White Chocolate divided
- 1/4 cup Almonds
- 1/4 cup Dried Blueberries
Spread out a sheet of parchment or waxed paper. Then melt 8 ounces of white chocolate in the microwave or double boiler. Spread out the melted white chocolate on the parchment paper to about 1/3″ thick. Then dot with dried blueberries and almonds. Place in the fridge to cool for 5 – 10 minutes.
Next melt 9 ounces of dark chocolate and carefully spoon into the middle of the hardened white chocolate. Then very slowly spread out the dark chocolate so it fully covers the white chocolate. Place this back in the fridge for an additional 5 – 10 minutes.
Melt the remaining 2 ounces of white chocolate and place in a plastic bag with the tip cut. Then pipe out white chocolate blobs, which will become the ghosts, over the hardened dark chocolate. Then draw out the tails of the white chocolate ghosts with a toothpick.
Finally melt the remaining 1 ounce of dark chocolate and place in another plastic bag with the tip cut. Pipe out eyes and mouths on the white chocolate ghosts. You can also use a toothpick dipped in the dark chocolate if you find this easier.
Chill to harden and break or cut into pieces!
